Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At BND Apparel, all products are printed to order from our manufacturer and cannot be resold. Due to this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged, incorrectly printed, or if you receive the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at contact@bndapparel.com within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once we review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders
